Well, her debut album, From The Planet of Harlem, is set for release this spring! Not only is she Pharrell's musical protégé, but she's a sick dancer too -- she helped choreograph Beyoncé's "Ring The Alarm" video and appeared in the video for Jay-Z's "Blue Magic."
