Talk about a bruised ego! According to Star, Jessica Simpson isn't above flexing her black AMEX in an effort to compete with her ex. According to a source with the mag, Jess was none to pleased to walk into her fave store in LA and see that 'Team Nick' shirts were totally selling out while her 'Team Jessica' tees were sitting there in a huge pile. "Jess saw the stack of 'Team Nick' T-shirts was much lower than hers," says the spy. "Nick's T-shirts outsell hers 40 to 1. She said, 'I'm going to wear this.' She was kind of sniffling, like she was going to cry." Let's hope it was just over her shopping bill -- rumor has it one upping her former hubby cost her a grand total of $10,000 bucks! (Hey, if she's got that much money to burn, it's no wonder Nick's asking for alimony.)
