Another "oops" for Britney -- her lawyers have quit! This is the third set of lawyers that Britney's had in her custody K-Fed. The firm cites "a breakdown in communications…making further representation of her interests impossible" as the reason why they're no longer able to work with Brit-Brit, TMZ reports.

Meanwhile, Britney failed to show up for another scheduled court deposition yesterday, making it the fifth time she's ditched the obligation. She did, however, have time have another quickie rendezvous with paparazzo pal, Adnan Ghalid, checking into a hotel at 2 a.m. yesterday and checking out at 7 a.m., Us Weekly reports. But Adnan insists there's nothing going on. "We are just friends," he says. "She was just a little upset, pretty much about everything." Yeah, OK…
