Hey Ne-Yo -- what do you do "When You're Mad"? Sue!

That's what the R&B star is doing to R. Kelly's promoter from kicking him off his tour, TMZ reports. In the lawsuit, Ne-Yo alleges that the promoter gave him the boot because he was getting more love from audiences and critics than R. Kelly, who was the tour's headliner. (The cited reason for the split was "contractual differences," whatever that means.) Because Ne-Yo was only paid $50,000 of the $785,000 he was set to make for the 25 dates, he's asking for the rest of his proposed paycheck, as well as compensatory damages.
