Mischa Barton apparently didn't learn anything from playing hard partying Marissa Cooper on The O.C. -- she was arrested early this morning for driving under the influence, possession of illegal narcotics, and driving without a license, Hollyscoop reports. (You'd think Marissa's overdose in Tijuana and car crash death would teach her something!) Mischa's white Range Rover was stopped and the actress was arrested around 3 a.m. in West Hollywood. She is still in custody and is being held on $10,000 bail.

Interestingly, the inmate information document lists her as "Mischa Burton."
