Zac Efron has throngs of adoring fans, but his GF, Vanessa Hudgens, is getting tired of his pretty-boy ways. And it's not just his perfect hair and metrosexual looks! Zac almost bailed on Vanessa's little sister's birthday party last month because he had a zit, a source tells Star. "He just flipped out. He knew there were a bunch of girls at the party who worship him -- and he didn't want them all staring at his pimple," the insider says. "Vanessa told [Zac] to stop being such a sissy and freaking out when he gets blemishes." V gave Z some concealer for his zit, but she wasn't happy about it: "Vanessa doesn't want to share makeup with her boyfriend. It makes her feel weird," the source says.

But it isn't just his skin that Zac's concerned about -- he's allegedly very self-conscious about how he looks all the time. "Zac can be incredibly vain, obsessing about his weight," the snitch says. "Vanessa wants Zac to realize that it's OK if he doesn't always look perfect. She would love him even if he didn't look like a Teen Beat cover boy. In fact, she would probably love him more if he relaxed about his looks and got a little scuffed up once in a while… She wants to date a man, not a little girl," Ouch!
