Lindsay Lohan is a single woman once again after splitting from snowboarder BF Riley Giles. The couple spent the holiday weekend in New York with Lindsay's fam, but upon returning to L.A., Lindsay pulled the plug on the relationship. "She got tired of him pouting all the time," a source tells E! Online.

The Lindsay-insider says Riley wasn't up for all that's involved with being LiLo's BF. "It was fine when they were in Utah, just the two of them," the insider says. "But then they returned to L.A. and Lindsay was shooting a movie, photographers followed them everyone, she had meetings with this agent, that publicist, this director. His ego couldn't take it." Still, the source says, Riley was fine with living on Lindsay's tab: "He never paid. Yeah, we know Lindsay is the rich and famous one, but come on. Be the man once in a while! Pay for a round of Cokes. I mean, they weren't even drinking alcohol, so how much could a round of Cokes be?" (Plus, we hear that over Thanksgiving, recently rehabbed Riley was out partying at New York City clubs while Lindsay was lying low at home.)

Uh, sounds like a mega-loser to us! Do we smell a He Did What? in the making?
