Tune Out Boy

There are loads of reasons why we'd wanna date Pete Wentz, and this latest story shows why the Fall Out Boy rocks even harder. Petey sent a cease-and-desist request to heavy metal band, Neurosonic over their new song, "So Many People." But it's not 'cause the song was ripped off of FOB -- it's 'cause it makes fun on Pete's GF, Ashlee Simpson, Neurosonic frontman, Jason Darr told the crowd at the band's Wednesday night show in New York. The song mocks Ashlee's infamous SNL performance (you know, the one where she was caught lip-syncing and ran offstage). But Neurosonic doesn't seem too distraught over it -- Jason asked the audience to do a "jig" as they played the song in homage to Ashlee's own embarrassing dance that night.

Who says chivalry is dead?!

P.S .-- we're actually really surprised that Papa Joe Simpson didn't beat Pete to it, but we guess Ash needs to grow up sometime and start having her BF do her dirty work instead of her father.

You Say!
