Chelsy dumped Harry after he missed her 22nd birthday to attend the Rugby World Cup Final in Paris, News of the World reports. Add that on to the fact that since they began dating, Harry's been spotted flirting with and snogging (that's kissing!) other girls. "Chelsy just couldn't put up with his antics any more," an insider says. "She feels they've fallen out of love." The breakup couldn't have come at a worse time -- Chelsy just recently moved to England to be closer to Harry and is now going to law school there instead of South Africa, which is closer to her family in Zimbabwe.

It looks as though Harry isn't too upset about breaking up with his GF of three years -- he was already partying it up with a brunette on Friday night! "Harry and the mystery girl were getting extremely close to each other," a spywitness reports. "It was obvious that they knew each other from old. There was a lot of touching. Harry needs a shoulder to cry on at this time and it hasn't taken him long to find someone."
