It's official -- Vanessa Hudgens will reprise her role as Gabriella in High School Musical 3 -- with a "substantial increase" in salary, a source tells Us Weekly. “Vanessa is locked for the movie,” an insider with the movie says. “She is very happy that the deal is done.” Echoes a source close to V, "The contract will be signed within the next week. It is almost a done deal.”

Also onboard for the first big screen movie in the HSM series is Ashley Tisdale. (An insider tells the mag that Ash's negotiations are "done, done, done.") Sources also say that Zac Efron's a go, too, while Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman are in final negotiations.

But none of this is "official" yet. "The cast is still in negotiations and we have no further comment," a Disney spokesperson says. Yeah, yeah, yeah…
