Talk about a party pooper -- according to the New York Daily News, Gwen Stefani is refusing to attend this year's MTV Video Music Awards because she wasn't asked to perform at the live event in Miami. The No Doubt singer and her hubby, Gavin Rossdale are apparently pissed that the singer (who's nominated for a ton of awards) was passed over to perform in favor of younger acts like Kayne West and Kelly Clarkson. "We love Gwen and we hope she will be able to join us, as we know her fans would love to see her on this big night - especially since she's heavily nominated," insists an insider with the show. What can we say, but "this s!#% is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S..."
