HSM Rumor Alert! We're not saying this is definitely true or false, but OK! magazine is reporting that Vanessa Hudgens has been officially canned from High School Musical 3. "Disney finally decided that they don’t want her back," an insider tells the mag. "They feel that as long as Zac Efron is in the movie, all will be fine. He's the real star -- the household name -- and, most importantly, he comes without baggage."

However, Vanessa's rep denies the report. "Totally untrue. It is an old rumor," the rep told Access Hollywood. "OK! magazine never bothered to fact check with me but they did call Disney who said it wasn't true, but yet OK! ran it anyway. Apparently OK! magazine was having a slow news day." However, there's been no direct word from Disney thus far.
