Say it ain't so! After months of dancing around in our underwear to Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway, we're just now hearing whispers that Kel might not be the sassy little song bird we've come to know and love. According a music reviewer in Pennsylvania, K.C.'s recent live show there was one big mess of back-up tracks! "Kelly Clarkson live sounds exactly like she does on her albums — thanks to a heavy reliance on back-up tracks," snipes the reviewer from the Patriot News. "But the American Idol winner needs to remember that when you pull the microphone away from your mouth, all singing should cease." Kel's label swears it ain't so, but we wouldn't be surprised if that good ole' acid reflux excuse comes back for a return engagement. (Burp!)
