The more things change, the more they stay the same. It was about a little over a year ago when we told you about the Avril Lavigne/Simple Plan/Good Charlotte credit cards. And now, Beyoncé is getting into the WTF?! sponsorship game.
The bootylicious singer has her own branded UpStage music phone, the B'Phone, which was unveiled yesterday. Designed by B herself, the for-fanatics-only device features gold-and-burgundy colors, a Beyoncé-themed startup screen, and the ability to download exclusive Beyoncé photos and videos. But here's the best, ahem, feature: "When I was 10, I recorded a song called '632-5792' - a phone number. It's a little embarrassing but it's cute. There's a recording of that song on the phone exclusively for my fans," Beyoncé says. Um, can you say ridiculous?!
Don't worry, B -- that phone will make all the "bug a boos" stop calling, we promise!
