Lindsay Is OK!

After months at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah, Lindsay Lohan is finally out and starting outpatient treatment. After a few weeks, LiLo will head back to L.A., but she likely won't be there for long! "I'm going back to shoot Dare to Love Me, but I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions," Lindsay tells OK! magazine. "Temptation is always there. But now I'll avoid it the right way." Hopefully, avoidance will help Lindsay to stay sober, but she still fears a relapse and says she would be "living in denial" if she weren't. But that doesn't mean Lindsay is gonna runaway and give up acting all together: "I'm here to stay," she says. "My talent is a gift and I'm going to use it."

And people in Hollywood are definitely gunning for the star. James Robinson, the Morgan Creek CEO who called L.Lo "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional" and said she acted "like a spoiled child" on the set of Georgia Rule, says he would work her again. (Go figure.) "I'd treat her like one of my own kids," he tells Page Six. "She has all this fame and no one in her family to reel her in, no one to guide her, and one thing led to another. She is very, very talented and was never a diva on the set."

So what's Lindsay's final word on what will hopefully be her final stint in rehab? "I hit rock bottom. Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision," she tells OK!. "It was a sobering experience. It made me look at myself and all the people, places, and things in my life in a different way."
