It sounds like Missy Elliott is "cookin'" up more than a number one album these days. According to Spin magazine, the veteran rapper wants to help Michael Jackson's career -- by giving him a thuggie makeover! (As if.) "I would give him some thugged-out braids, a wife-beater, a pair of jeans, and penny loafers,” she boasts to the mag. "I’d bring him back on some next-level kind of flavor." Hey Missy, while you're at, why don't you bring back his nose too?
