Claymates Sue!

OK, we're not going to point fingers here, but it seems like the rumor that American Idol star, Clay Aiken is maybe gay has driven nine hardcore fans to file suit against his music label for false advertising. According to Jossip.com, the group gave a shout out to the FCC and in court papers claim, "[employees of the label] and Aiken engaged in collusion to prevent public disclosures they believed might be harmful to their product. This is tantamount to a manufacturer concealing information about a defective product. Therefore these actions were both unfair and deceptive to consumers." In normal speak, basically these peeps are pissed that Mr. Clay (who has never commented either way about who or what he's into) had the gall to not come out (literally), cuz according to them, if they knew he was gay, they wouldn't have bought his album. Funny, that sounds a lot like prejudice to us, but then again, what do we know?
