Hallmark Holiday

We were just thinking to ourselves this morning that things have been a little too quiet over at Chez Hilton. But then we found this lil' nugget on TMZ: Paris is suing Hallmark Cards for damages in excess of $100,000 for using her likeness without her permission.

Filed yesterday in L.A., the lawsuit challenges Hallmark's "Paris's First Day as a Waitress" card, which features a pic of Paris' face on a cartoon of a waitress serving food. Waitress Paris says to the customer, "Don't touch that, it's hot. The customer responds, "What's hot?" and Waitress Paris replies, "That's hot." (See for yourself here.) Why someone would buy that ridiculous thing is beyond us!

Our take on why Paris is suing? She's appalled that someone would associate her with menial labor like waitressing. The horror!
