The Hills are alive with the sound of music -- Heidi Montag's music, that is. The reality show star's first single, "Body Language" was played on Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Wednesday (click here to hear it) and aired as the "world premiere," but Heidi and fiancé, Spencer Pratt say the song was leaked and wasn't supposed to be played on the radio, People reports. We can understand why -- the track features fiancé, Spencer Pratt doing a horrifically embarrassing rap in the middle of it! "We did it as a joke," Spencer tells the mag. "It's not her single at all. It was never meant to be heard by anyone but us. Over my dead body would I rap on Heidi's first single. Heidi is so upset because this was not the first sound she wanted people to hear from her."

Yeah, that's not what we really wanted to hear either…
