Day-um -- Spencer and Heidi just don't stop, do they?! A day after Spencer posted an Alloy-inappropriate message about Lauren Conrad on his MySpace blog, the gruesome twosome decided to gang up on Lauren on Philly radio station, Q102.

Heidi on polls that say people hate Spencer: "Those are all rigged by Lauren's publicist."

Heidi on how much she hates Lauren: "I mean, a lot. I think it's really pathetic that she's so obsessed with my life and my relationship. I really think she needs to concentrate on something else, it's sad…I never could be friends with some low-life like that."

Spencer on whether he'd open up to a tabloid about Lauren for money: "I'm just trying to see if I even want to waste my breath talking about this stupid girl anymore."

Heidi on the show's editing: "[If people] saw the stuff that she pulled off camera, I think the world would hate [Lauren]. You just don't see so many things on camera. She used to scream at me if I didn't spend the night at home sometimes; she would be so controlling and possessive and always yelling at me. It's just crazy -- who needs a friend like that ever!"

Spencer on ending his friendship with Brody Jenner: "I'm done with that guy. Friends don't roll with enemies. It's like, [George W.] Bush and [Dick] Cheney -- you wouldn't see Cheney rolling with [Osama] Bin Ladin in the club."

Heidi on Brody: "[He'd say] 'C'mon, I just need to be on The Hills -- I need to film more.'"

Spencer on Brody and Lauren hanging out: "He just wants to get his MySpace friends to go up."
