Here are the dirty deets: Jessica was the one doing the dumping, which she did over the phone, according to Us Weekly. (How tacky!) Insiders tell the mag that she called her now-ex on July 22 and said, "I'm not in love with you anymore." Ouch! Jessica didn't waste any time moving on either, or rather moving Cash out. Within hours of the dumping, she had her assistant pack up Cash's belongings to give him the heave-ho. And poor ol' Cash didn't even see it coming -- it "happened...almost out of nowhere," a source says "[Cash] thinks it's for another guy but doesn't know... He's totally devastated. But it was all her."

Hope she at least wished him Good Luck Chuck, er, Cash!
