We have a lot more respect for Beyoncé this morning! The "Irreplaceable" singer fell head-first down a flight of stairs while performing "Ring The Alarm" during her Tuesday night concert in Orlando. But consummate performer that she is, B got right back up from her near face-plant and continued the song. Thank goodness they didn't have to ring the ambulance alarm! But Tuesday's incident wasn't the only time B's taken a tumble during a performance and kept going -- and we've got 'em both on tape! (Girl better invest in some non-stiletto shoes!)
