Gossip website, Popcrunch allege that on July 7, Pete popped the question to Ash right before taking the Live Earth stage with Fall Out Boy. What's more, the site claims that Pete proposed because Ashlee is preggers a la Nicole Richie, but that the engagement was being kept secret out of respect for big sis, Jessica.
