The couple met about 18 months ago when K-Fed appeared on Liz's radio show. “Kevin is definitely thrilled with Liz,” an insider says. “He talks about her all the time -- how smart she is, how she’s marketed herself so well, and how beautiful she is. He’s serious about her.” And Kev doesn't have to worry about Liz not wanting to be a step-mom -- she thinks Kev and Brit's sons, Sean Preston and Jaden James are "adorable."

So if they're completely smitten with one another, why aren't they going public with their relationship? "Liz is trying to keep [the romance] quiet because she doesn’t want it to get around work, but Kevin can’t help but brag about his conquest to his friends and family."
