"About a year ago, I was eating at the Spotted Pig," an insider tells Page Six. "In walks Jay-Z with this skinny, exotic girl and he walked her through the first and second floors of the restaurant, stopping at every single table and barstool to introduce her to every single patron and said, 'My name is Jay-Z. This is Amy Winehouse. I just signed her to my record label, and I guarantee you she is going to be a huge star."
