We knew something was up when Burke left Yang at the altar and moved out of their apartment on the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. And it's really happening -- Isaiah Washington has been cut from the show, TV Guide reports.

Naturally, Isaiah's firing is at least in part to the homophobic slur that he hurled at T.R. Knight and the downward spiral since. "There was a pattern of problematic behavior going back before he used the F-word," an insider says. "I imagine [his dismissal] was the result of all of that."
