How the heck does Gwen Stefani put up with tour mate/collaborating partner Akon? The man is a thoughtless idiot!

We all know about Akon's past fan "incident." Did he learn his lesson after that? Heck no! When a 15-year-old fan threw a black disc at Akon before a recent concert started, the singer asked the boy to join him onstage -- only to pick him up over his head and throw him into the crowd!

No criminal charges have been filed yet, and Akon isn't the least bit remorseful for his actions! "Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever," said a statement released on Akon's behalf. "We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted."
