Heard the one about Nicole Richie going back to rehab? Well, it's not true. Both Star and The National Enquirer say that Nic entered rehab "in tears" on May 11 for anorexia and a painkiller addiction because she "lost control of her life."

No, no, no, Nicole's rep tells TMZ -- she wasn't and isn't in rehab. In fact, her flack says she's "in Glendale at her house," and while she is seeing a therapist, she's "completely sober."
