Having a sleaze-ball ex is finally paying off for Lauren Conrad. The "adult film" company that was offered $500,000 to buy and release the tape of the Hills star getting busy with former BF, Jason Wahler, has backed out of negotiations, TMZ reports.

After Jason's recent racist incident in Seattle, the company doesn't want to be associated with Wahler. "We refuse to support any person who feels that it is in any way acceptable to rattle off racial slurs and slanderous language about African-American people, homosexual people, and the police department," a spokesperson for the company says. And they're deterring other companies from getting involved with the tape, too -- all because they don't want a jerk like Jason to profit from it!
