And speaking of crying -- WTF was up with Gwen Stefani on American Idol last night?! We've seen her perform live in concert more than five times (once when she was pregnant, too!), and she's never sounded even close to as appallingly awful she did performing "The Sweet Escape" last night. It's like she was singing karaoke on a rollercoaster (with an earache so she couldn't hear how off-key her singing was). Seriously. It's her song -- she should know the melody! We're even contemplating if listening to Sanjaya was more enjoyable last night. Downgrade!
