The former Laguna Beach star was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and causing a car crash on the Santa Ana Freeway, TMZ reports. Jessica was driving a VW Beetle at an unsafe speed when she rear-ended an Acura causing "great bodily injury" to passengers in both cars, police say. (The fact that the road was wet also contributed to the crash.) Jess was held in an Orange County jail at $100,000 bail, and is due in court this morning.
