How cool would it be if Lost hunk Matthew Fox spoke at your graduation? Pretty awesome, huh? Not so for the students of Columbia University in New York. Matthew was chosen as a speaker for the school's upcoming graduation, leaving some snooty students pretty P.O.-ed, according to the Columbia Daily Spectator. (Matthew graduated from the prestigious school with a degree in economics and played on the football team.)

"They obviously couldn't find anybody. He had to be 29th on the list," one disgruntled senior said after hearing the announcement, the Spectator reports. A less pop culture-savvy student told the paper, "I've never heard of this guy. The years before got a Pulitzer Prize-winner and a potential presidential candidate." Uh, boring! If Dr. Jack Shephard wants to come hang with us, he's totally welcome. We love ya, Matt!
