Madge was spotted in her Escalade ESV, with newly adopted son David on her lap. "There was no car seat," a source tells Us Weekly. "She sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap." Of course, Madonna's reps say that "proper security measures are always taken for Madonna's children." But while Madonna's got some ripped arms, we don't think they've been approved as an appropriate method of buckling up.
