Bad boy, Jason Wahler was arrested again this weekend. This time, it was for resisting a public official during a raid on underage drinkers in North Carolina, TMZ reports. (North Carolina is a long way from Laguna Beach…) Jason spent a few hours in jail before posting a $1000 bail on Saturday; he's due in court in April. Does this kid ever learn?
