She's recognized as one of the most beautiful women in America, but Jennifer Aniston recognized one major flaw to her beauty: her nose. So early Saturday morning, Jen went under the knife fix her schnoz, Us Weekly reports.

"Jennifer had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago," Jen's rep says. But a source close to Jen says that it wasn't the ol' deviated septum that needed fixing. "Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job," the source reports, adding that Jen wanted to have her nose fixed for more than a decade. "She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide."

When she emerged from her doctor's office four hours later, Jen had fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip, spies report. But the pain will likely produce a perfect product: Jen used the same plastic surgeon as Ashlee Simpson and Cameron Diaz.
