It may be 2007 already, but that doesn't mean the Worst Of 2006 lists have to end. Famed fashion critic, Mr. Blackwell has announced his 10 Worst Dressed Women of the Year list, and it ain't pretty.

At number one is a tie between ex-BFFs, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, both of whom had topped the list in the past. (Blackwell called them "Screamgirls" and said they were "two peas in an over-exposed pod.") Lindsay Lohan, who Blackwell notes went "from adorable to deplorable," ranked third, and Christina Aguilera's "all crass, no class" style landed her in fourth place. The rest of the list includes Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul, Tori Spelling, Sandra Oh, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Sharon Stone, and Meryl Streep.

It's not all bad news though -- Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé, and Katie Holmes were all recognized as "Fabulous Fashion Independents for 2006."
