NYC: Brave the cold and heaps of people in Times Square to hear Xtina belt it alongside Rascal Flatts, Fergie, Natasha Bedingfield, and Meat Loaf. (We know you are dying to see Meat Loaf.) They're all turning out for Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

Long Island: See the stars of High School Muscial live at the Nassau Coliseum and remember "We're all in this together" as the clock strikes 12.

Austrailia: Paris will be in hosting a huge bash in Austrailia - which will most likely include showering in front of large groups.

Miami: Hit up the South Beach parties with Lindsay Lo, Mandy Moore, and Wilmer Valderama. Hmm, we hope Wilmer's exes will give us some 2007 goss and feud as the ball drops! Major celebs hotties, Colin Farrell, Jay-Z Nick Lachey, Jared Leto, Leonardo DiCaprio, and DJ AM, are also flying to Florida.

Aspen: Slide down some slopes with Mariah and J.Lo. Bundle up by the fire and sip some hot cocoa in the lodge with the divas.

On your couch: Watch the ball drop from your warm and cozy home with Gwen Stefani, Pussycat Dolls, Ciara, and Nas on MTV.
