We love us some Gwen Stefani, so it really saddens us to pass on news of some beeyatchiness from the No Doubt-er. A spy for TMZ says that while taping her segment for MTV's New Year's Eve special (did you know it was taped in advance?), Gwennie was totally rude to her adoring, excited fans. "She would either turn away from the direction of the person complimenting her," the source says, "or she would make a 'cut it out' motion towards them." And her bad behavior didn't stop there!

In between sound check and the actual taping, Gwen darted to her dressing room, shielding her face so the audience couldn't see her. And while performing "Wind It Up" for the taping, she stopped the take because the audience was being too loud when it started.

We guess No Doubt's getting back together, and Gwen's taking the whole "Don't Speak" thing pretty seriously!
