A Simple Star
When you think of Paris Hilton, you don't think of someone who really needs anything. But this heiress is jonesin' for something all right -- a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Paris was at an event honoring a veteran TV producer (who also owns the LA Lakers), when a spy for Life & Style heard her whining about not having a place on the famed sidewalk. "I don't even know half these people," Paris said. "And like most of them are dead. I should totally have a star. I deserve one. I'm one of the most famous people on earth!" Certainly, Paris! Considering the fact that longtime (and truly talented) celebs like Mariah Carey and Jerry Stiller are just getting stars in 2007, she'll just have to shine out being a star-less star for a little longer. (How about until she stars in a movie that doesn't bomb?)
