Jason in Jail?

When Jason Wahler showed up to the VMAs on August 31 with a new GF, it seemed like he was totally "over" his ex, The Hills' Lauren Conrad. But it turns out that he just could've been under the influence. The former Laguna Beach star was arrested in New York City during the wee hours of the morning on September 1, according to celeb blogger, Perez Hilton. J-Wahl was charged with bribery (he tried to pay off the arresting cops), resisting arrest, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (ahem, cocaine), and disorderly conduct. And this isn't the first time Jason's seen the back of a cop car -- he was arrested for public intoxication back in April 2005. L.C. might not have made the best choice when she decided to skip going to Paris to live with Jason, but at least she's free from this loser now. (That is, until The Hills needs ratings during sweeps week.)
