OK, we love Bam Margera, and we're not ashamed to admit we spent most of the winter holed up in our apartment inhaling Girls Scout cookies in between Viva la Bam reruns on MTV2. Unfortunately, the love affair is over and the regurgitation is about to begin. Defamer.com reports that Bam's uncle, Don Vito was just arrested in Colorado on charges of two felony sexual assault charges on a minor. "He is accused of inappropriately fondling or groping two girls, ages 12 and 14, during two separate incidents at [an autograph] signing event at Woodward Skatepark at Colorado Mills mall Friday night...He was held in jail without bond until Monday, when he posted $50,000 bond and was released." Newsflash buddy: You ain't on an episode of Punk'd and we're really not amused.
