Jason's Counter Confession

We told you on Friday that The Hills/Laguna Beach stars, Jason and LC were over and out over rumors that Jason was up to no good. Now, Jason's fighting back with his own version on his MySpace blog. "Lauren and I are not together anymore," he confirms. "The media has gotten the biggest kick out of it. And as they seem to call it 'funny.' I don't think it's very funny myself. Starting around Mid/Late July after we got back from our trip, we just constantly starting arguing. We constantly fought and argued for about a week, until we just decided that we couldn't be together anymore and our relationship just wasn't working," he admits. "I was out at clubs partying, and she was doing the same and our trust for each other faded. Either way you put the relationship, it wasn't my fault, and it wasn't her fault. It just happened that way, and I'm sorry that it had to but it was the best for both of us. We just couldn't go on with this kind of a relationship." According to Jason, there's no hard feelings -- at least on his part. "No matter what happens in life, I'll always wish Lauren the best and I really hope she finds 'the one' -- I'm just sorry I wasn't it. And as far as the future looks as of right now, there really isn't much of a chance for use to be together again." Wow, if he had been that honest and sincere on the show, MTV could have saved some money and cut about three episodes worth of drama out of the mix.
