Grease AIN'T the Word
Models may beeyatch that celebs keep taking over the covers of magazines, but now celebs have to worry about getting bumped by reality stars. According to E! Online, Hilary Duff just got dumped as the lead for Sandy in an upcoming Broadway revival of Grease cause she wasn't "real" enough -- as in too famous for her own good. "Ms. D. was told her services were no longer, well, required, because Grease's producers wanted to make a reality show out of the casting of the splashy retro show," says E! gossip guru, Ted Casablanca. Looks like lil' Hil will have to make do with being the extra-cheesy lead in the Broadway version of the yuck The Wedding Singer instead. (Sorry Joel, guess that means no summer lovin' for you.)
