Boys Like Girls' lead singer, Martin Johnson is a total hottie. (Yeah, he's a pretty good musician, too, we guess -- kidding!) But what would it take to get backstage with this hottie? We just had to find out!

If a girl liked you, what would she need to do to get your attention at a show?
On a scale of one to 10, how hot is this girl? Maybe she'll already have my attention! We talk to everyone after the show. As far as girls getting our attention, we're all pretty laid back. It's not that hard to get our attention. As far as relationship stuff goes, we're all different.

Are any of you in relationships?
No, only one of us. We'll keep [who that is] a secret, [but] I'm not.

So what do you look got in a girl?
A sense of humor, a girl who doesn't take herself too seriously. I like shorter girls -- I don't know why, it's weird sort of physical personal preference. A girl who with a good smile. A girl who doesn't nag -- it's brutal when you get on the road and like you just get nagged all day long. A girl who's really laid back and trusts me and isn't worried about [other girls]. And [a girl who] isn't second guessing everything I do. I think every guy is like that though. Guys like it when a girl is laid back, [when the] girl comes off a little harder to get, and it's a challenge for a guy.

Would you go out with a girl who asked you out?
I think that's kind of cool. Times are changing -- we're not living in the '50s. I think I'd be kind of intrigued. It's happened before, and I haven't turned it down. I like it when girls are forward -- it shows they know what they want and aren't waiting around for something.
