Under the Influence of Giants' Top Eight Influences:

1.The Beatles. "They started it off. They started as this pop band writing some great pop songs, and then just delved into a whole other world that nobody really delved into," Drew says. "Even though they experimented with different sounds, different song structure, they always wrote good songs, solid songs."

2.The Rolling Stones. "People say you either have to love The Beatles or love The Rolling Stones. To be honest, we love both of them," he says. "Personally, The Rolling Stones influence a lot of my guitar playing. Their songs are probably the coolest of all time, just the way they are."

3.Prince. "Just to have fun with his music, you know how sexy and erotic it is -- that's definitely is a big influence on us," Drew says.

4.Sam Cooke. "I think he's the best vocalist maybe ever," he says. "All the R&B Motown guys that influenced us."
