Pranksters

Hello again!
Team FNB here in Tampa, Florida finishing out our three week tour with Automatic Loveletter and A Cursive Memory. The past few days have been really fantastic for us because we've been able to see parts of the country we had not previously toured. After playing a sold out show in Philly, we got to sleep in our own beds for a night during our day off. On tour, sleeping in your own bed is an amazing treat, so whenever we get the chance, we jump at it.

Then, we headed down to North Carolina for two great shows in Charlotte and Wilmington. Wilmington is a city right on the coast, so it was really pretty. The day we were there it was really windy, and when we came out after the show it was pouring rain.

Tonight was kind of sad because we've spent so much time with the other bands and now we have to say goodbye. They're continuing on together to hit the west coast, but we're heading home. When you're out on tour with other bands for so long, you get really tight with the members. Especially on a smaller tour like this one, most venues only have one dressing room, which means we all get pretty cozy with each other really quickly. We get close, party, and spend A LOT of time making fun of each other.

End of tour also means it's time for a traditional end-of-tour prank, and A Cursive Memory got us GOOD. At the end of the show, we pulled up the van and trailer to load out our equipment and the other bands did the same. We came out with armfuls of gear to find our van gone. Suspicious. Juliet from Automatic Loveletter was outside loading her trailer and said she saw the van take off quickly down the street and thought it was one of us pulling away. We did a head count of the band and crew and realized all of FNB was at the venue. We all started freaking out and just as Andrew hit "SEND" to call 911, our van came tearing around the block, horn blaring, and Colin from A Cursive Memory behind the wheel. ACM: 1, FNB: 0.

Hugs and handshakes all around, and then it was time to hit the road. Back to Virginia to relax with our families and get ready for our March tour with Sing It Loud.

See you at the show!
