When you have a busy schedule like the Dolls', you don't always have time to get down to your local Bally's for a full workout. Here's what I do in my hotel room for a quick pick me up:
Three sets of squats, three sets of lunges, three sets of pushups, and top it off with three sets of crunches to keep those abs tight. I prefer to do my crunches on an exercise ball to keep my balance and core strong, always! Rotate one after the other with a 60 second break in between each set. This will get your metabolism up and running for the day.
Don't forget your cardio as well. Get it when you can! Nothing sets my day off better than jogging to my favorite tunes! For those of you who don't have much time, try running and walking intervals one minute at a time for 10-20 minutes to get your heart rate going! What a great way to get your day started and motivated!
