Was Miley's Pole Dancing Inappropriate?

The Teen Choice Awards show was definitely a night to remember this year, but one clear standout was Miley Cyrus. She stepped on stage to perform "Party in the USA" wearing short-shorts, a black top with chains and biker boots. In the middle of the performance, Miley hopped on an ice cream cart with a pole and showed off some R rated dance moves.
