Having the breakup talk is hard -- there's no argument there. But is it OK to ditch the awkward face-to-face conversation for a quick phone split? That's exactly what happened to singer, Taylor Swift. She had been dating Joe Jonas and talked to Ellen DeGeneres on her show about the breakup.

She said the call was super quick. "I looked at the call log. It was like 27 seconds. That's got to be a record."
