Are Halloween Costumes Too Scandalous?

A glimpse around a costume shop reveals a lot of grown up themes and it's raising a few eyebrows. Teen's costumes often come with fishnets, midriff-baring tops and mini-skirts and parents are concerned this look is too mature for teens. Concerned parent Kristen Miller said the costumes geared towards teens looked "trashy" and "too old," according to TV.com.

Ms. Miller took a look at the Hannah Montana costume and disapproved saying, "I would definitely think if this didn't have the Hannah Montana logo on it, it would probably look like a street walker outfit."
